LATAH COUNTY, ID. -- The Idaho Supreme Court has denied a request from attorneys of Bryan Kohberger to appeal a lower court's decision to not throw out the grand jury indictment. 

Kohberger's attorneys previously called for the indictment to be dismissed over improper jury instructions about the level of probable cause needed to indict.Â
